Hourly Rate: $150. Discounted packages are below:
5Hrs/Month - $650
Prepayment of 5 support hours. Hours do not roll over to the next month. Support hours expire 31 days after payment. Each hour over 5 will be billed at your locked in hourly rate of $130/hr.
10Hrs/Month - $1,150
Prepayment of 10 support hours. Hours do not roll over to the next month. Support hours expire 31 days after payment. Each hour over 10 will be billed at your locked in hourly rate of $115/hr.
60Hrs/Year - $5,850
A 25% discount over the 5Hr/Month plan!
Prepayment of 60 support hours for the year. Hours do not roll over to the next year. Support hours expire 365 days after payment. Each hour over 120 will be billed at your locked in hourly rate of $97.50/Hr.
120Hrs/Year - $10,350
A 25% discount over the 10Hr/Month plan!
Prepayment of 120 support hours for the year. Hours do not roll over to the next year. Support hours expire 365 days after payment. Each hour over 120 will be billed at your locked in hourly rate of $86.25/Hr.
Loyalty and Referral Discounts
Loyalty: Renew at or before expiration of discounted package and receive an extra 2% loyalty discount.
Referrals: Earn a 5% discount on your next renewal for each referral that purchases a plan (Stackable!...5 referrals = 25% discount).
